Reception: painting group show in Toronto

This exhibition brings together 15 artists who are committed to painting. I am thrilled about being included in the dynamic mix. It's a diverse group, and there is sure to be energy sparking between different artists' work. Some are more representational, while others have developed their abstract language -- but all are engaged with how the construction of a painting affects the viewer.

While the title "reception" is a loaded term about how we experience artworks, it also points to the need for a good art party! The opening will be a vibrant time, the the show continues for only 5 days! I hope many of you will join us.
